| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na exekuci správní, soudní a jejich vzájemné porovnání. V první části je uveden historický vývoj, obecné informace o exekuci a jejích druzích. Následně je provedena komparace exekuce správní a soudní. V závěru práce jsou přiblíženy reakce soudních exekutorů na zaslaný dotazník. Práce koresponduje s právními předpisy platnými v době jejího zpracování. | cs |
