dc.description.abstractTématem této diplomové práce jsou personální aspekty inovační aktivity firmy. Na začátku práce jsou teoreticky vymezeny základní pojmy inovace a inovační aktivity a následně pojmy související se zapojením zaměstnanců do inovačních aktivit. V praktické části je poté popsáno vnitřní a vnější prostředí vybrané společnosti. Stěžejní částí práce je analýza a popis inovační aktivity ve vybrané společnosti. Následně je inovační aktivita zhodnocena a jsou navrženy změny, nové metody a postupy, které vybraná společnost může využít ke zlepšení své inovační aktivity a k zapojení zaměstnanců do těchto aktivit.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis diploma thesis is aimed to the personnel and social aspects of company innovation activity. In the beginning there are theoretically defined the general therms of the innovation and innovation activity and subsequently also the therms which connected with the involvement of employees in innovation activity. In the practical part of this thesis there is a description of the internal and external environment of the selected company. The analysis and characteriozation of the innovation activity of the selected company presents the crucial part of this diploma thesis, whereas in its end the innovation activity is evaluated and the methods and procedures, which the company described in the practical part may use to improve their innovation activity and involvement of employees in innovation activity.en
