dc.description.abstractPráce se zabývá výjimečným trestem, jeho trestněprávními a kriminologickými aspekty se zaměřením na platné právo, ale i jeho historický vývoj. Obsahuje i porovnání se zahraničními právními úpravami. Kromě vymezení samotného trestu zahrnuje i práva a povinnosti odsouzeného, osobu pachatele, podmíněné propuštění a milost prezidenta republiky, právní úpravu mladistvých a statistické poznatky.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe work deals with the exceptional punishment, his criminal and criminological aspects focusing on the applicable law, but also its historical development. It also includes a comparison with foreign laws. Besides defining the punishment itself involves the rights and obligations of the convict, the offender conditional release and pardon of the president, the legislation adolescents and statistical knowledge.en
