dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá lingvistickou analýzou smluv z oblasti obchodního práva. V teoretické části je cílem této předkládané práce seznámit čtenáře s funkčními vlastnostmi odborného jazyka, představit mu charakteristiku jazykových rovin a předložit základní informace k tématu právo (obchodní právo). V praktické části se poté autor zabývá analýzou jazykových rovin v deseti konkrétních obchodních smlouvách.cs

In the theoretical part of this thesis the author presents the functional properties of the technical writing, the characteristic of the selected linguistic levels and the basics of the commercial law.
