dc.description.abstractPředložená diplomová práce se zabývá sociálním podnikáním a sociálními podniky. Zaměřuje se především na zhodnocení jejich podpory. V první části práce jsou charakterizovány sociální podniky a jejich význam. Obsahem této části je také vedle charakteristiky základních pojmů spjatých se sociálními podniky a uvedení rad pro současné i budoucí sociální podnikatele též popis obvyklých právních forem sociálních podniků v ČR, Polsku a na Slovensku. Druhá část je zaměřena na samotnou podporu sociálního podnikání. Jsou v ní definovány pojmy "sociální podnikání" a "sociální podnikatel", představeny organizace poskytující podporu sociálním podnikům, uvedeny Operační programy pro programové období 2014-2020 pro Českou republiku, Polsko a Slovensko a zmapovány podpory sociálních podniků v uvedených zemích. V třetí části jsou pomocí metody metaanalýzy provedena dvě výzkumná šetření zaměřená na stav sociálního podnikání a jeho podpory ve vybraných zemích EU a na vytvoření seznamu českých sociálních podniků. V poslední části jsou závěry vyvozené z uvedených výzkumných šetření zpracovány do podoby výzkumné zprávy. Obsahem této části jsou také doporučení pro sociální podnikání v ČR.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe presented Diploma Thesis investigates the social entrepreneurship and social enterprises with the main objective to evaluate social entrepreneurship support. The introductory chapter explains the meaning of social enterprises. Furthermore, this section features basic terminology related to social enterprises, business advice for current as well as future social entrepreneurs, along with business classification of social enterprises based in the Czech Republic, Poland or the Slovak Republic. The second section focuses on the social entrepreneurship support. It defines the terms such as "social entrepreneurship" and "social entrepreneur". Not only it represents the organisations which provide social entrepreneurship support, but also it describes operational programs 2014-2020 for the Czech Republic, Poland or the Slovak Republic along with correspondent social entrepreneurship support for these countries. The methodology part illustrates the meta-analysis research focused on the status of social entrepreneurship and its support in the selected EU countries including the listing of Czech social enterprises. The final section interprets the results of the research described in the methodology part, inclusive of the future recommendations for social enterprises operating in the Czech Republic.en
