dc.description.abstractTato práce se zabývá problematikou mezinárodní regulace a harmonizace účetnictví. Práce popisuje základní charakteristické rysy systémů účetních standardů IAS/IFRS a US GAAP, jako jsou například základní účetní principy, významné orgány nebo proces tvorby standardů. Dále je v této práci analyzován historický vývoj systémů IAS/IFRS a US GAAP od jejich počátků, rozděluje ho do etap a ukazuje významné milníky ve vývoji. V práci je také popsán proces konvergence mezi účetními systémy IAS/IFRS a US GAAP a mezinárodní regulace a harmonizace mezi IAS/IFRS a US GAAP. Dále je provedena analýza současného stavu účetních systémů a predikce jejich budoucího vývoje.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor's thesis deals with international regulation and harmonization of accounting. This thesis describes basic characteristics of systems of accounting standards IAS/IFRS and US GAAP, such as basic accounting principles, important institutions or standard-setting process. This thesis also analyses historical development of the systems IAS/IFRS and US GAAP since they were established, divides the historical development into phases and show important milestones during the development. In this thesis, the process of convergence between accounting systems IAS/IFRS and US GAAP and international regulation and harmonization between IAS/IFRS and US GAAP are described. Also in this thesis, the analysis of current situation and prediction of future development of accounting systems IAS/IFRS and US GAAP were realized.en
