dc.description.abstractPředložená bakalářská práce se zabývá získávání a výběrem nových zaměstnanců, které je považováno za jednu z klíčových činností správného řízení podniku. Žádný podnik by nemohl fungovat bez kvalifikovaných pracovníků. Nejprve byla definována teoretická část tématu. Navazuje charakteristika zvolené organizace včetně historického vývoje a organizační struktury společnosti. Cílem práce bylo provést analýzu výběrového procesu ve společnosti Škoda Transportation a. s. Pro analýzu byla použita metoda pohovoru s vedoucím pracovníkem náborového oddělení a účast při výběru nového zaměstnance během pohovoru. Výstupem analýzy bylo zjištění, že výběrový proces ve společnosti je vyhovující s malými nedostatky. Proto autorka práce navrhla několik opatření, které zlepší získávání a výběr zaměstnanců ve společnosti.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe presented bachelor thesis deal with the recruitment and selection of new employees, which is considered one of the key activities of business management. No company could operate without qualified staff. First the thesis defines the theoretical part of the topic. Follows the description of characteristics of the selected organization, including the historical development and the company´s organizational structure. The main aim of the thesis was to perform an analysis of the selection process in the company Škoda Transportation a. s. For the analysis was used the method of interview with the recruitment manager and participation in the interview with the candidates. The outcome of the analysis was the finding that the selection process in the company is satisfactory with small shortcomings. The author of the thesis proposed several measures that will improve the recruitment and selection of employees in the company.en
