dc.description.abstractPředložená bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu konkurenceschopnosti podniku Nakladatelství Fraus, s. r. o. Konkurenceschopnost podniku je zhodnocena za pomoci analýz vnějšího a vnitřního okolí. V práci je využita PEST analýza, Porterův model pěti sil a faktory vnitřního prostředí podniku. Pro zhodnocení ekonomické situace podniku jsou využity poměrové ukazatele finanční analýzy. Výsledky těchto analýz jsou poté shrnuty do tabulky SWOT analýzy. V závěru práce jsou navržena opatření ke zlepšení konkurenceschopnosti podniku v daném tržním prostředí.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe presented bachelor thesis is focused on the competitiveness analysis of the company Nakladatelství Fraus, s. r. o. Company competitiveness is evaluated through analysis of external and internal environment. PEST analysis, Porter´s five forces model and factors of internal business environment are used in the thesis. The ratios of the financial analysis are used for the evaluation of the current economic situation of the company. Then the results of these analysis are summarized in the table of SWOT analysis. The measures are suggested to improve competitiveness of the company in the market environment.en
