dc.description.abstract	Práce je zaměřena zejména na charakteristiku jiných správních úkonů a jejich právní úpravu podle správního řádu. Jiné správní úkony jsou odlišné od správních rozhodnutí, a proto je popsána problematika rozlišení povahy těchto dvou pojmů. Dále jsou v práci zmíněné také jiné informace podávané správními orgány, které spadají do skupiny jiných správních úkonů. Část práce, která je věnovaná užití části čtvrté správního řádu v praxi, se zabývá problematikou odnímání akademických titulů.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis is focused on the characteristic of the so called other administrative acts and their legal regulation according to the Administrative Code. These other administrative acts are different to administrative decisions and therefore this difference is explained. Other information given by administrative agencies that belong to the group of these other administrative acts are discussed. Problems with revoking academic degrees are described in the part of the thesis that is focused on a use of the fourth part of the Administrative Code.	en
