| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se věnuje hypotečnímu trhu v České republice. Teoretická část popisuje historii hypotečního trhu, druhy hypotečních úvěrů a pojmy, které souvisí s hypotečním trhem a úvěrem, jako jsou fixace, splatnost, úrok, RPSN. Dále je popsán postup sjednávání hypoték a druhy pojištění spjatých s hypotečním úvěrem. V praktické části jsou zpracovány umořovací plány hypotečních úvěrů na modelovém příkladě u vybraných českých bank a je uvedeno zhodnocení nejvýhodnějšího úvěru. | cs |
