dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá institutem věcných břemen. Hlavním tématem této práce je problematika zániku věcných břemen. Věcná břemena jsou právním institutem, který je nezbytný pro hospodářský a ekonomický vývoj společnosti, což nepopiratelně dokazuje i historický vývoj institutu. Práce si dává za cíl analyzovat pojem věcných břemen, včetně historie věcných břemen a jejich vývoje, který vždy odpovídal společenským, kulturním a politickým změnám. Dále charakterizovat jednotlivé druhy zániku věcných břemen a porovnat rozdíly mezi Občanským zákoníkem č. 40/1964 Sb. a nyní platným občanským zákoníkem č. 89/2012 Sb.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe purpose of this study is to characterize easements, introduce ways of their termination in complex and to describe differences between old and new amendments of Civil code. After introduction comes a chapter describing historical evolution of easements. This chapter describes development of this institute since Roman law up to Civil code from 1964. Third chapter is dedicated to definition of term "Easement". This chapter is divided into definition of servitudes and definition of real burdens. Fourth chapter is the main part of this study. It is dedicated to ways of termination of easements and changes to these terminations after amendments to Civil code went into force. This chapter include comparison of old and new legislation of Civil code and a brief description of servitudes in Italian Codice civile. Topic of penultimate chapter is limitation of easements. Easements do not cease to exist because of limitation and therefore, it would not be right to include limitation in chapter about termination of easements. Last chapter is a brief conclusion, which is a summary of found results in previous chapters.en
