| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na interní komunikaci ve vybrané společnosti. Teoretická část se zabývá charakteristikou interní komunikace a jejím vymezením. V bakalářské práci je dále představen komunikační model a průběh komunikace, definována zpětná vazba a stanoveny funkce a cíle interní komunikace. Závěr práce se zabývá nástroji a formami interní komunikace a v neposlední řadě komunikačními bariérami. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou interní komunikace ve firmě McDonald's, konkrétně na pobočce Olympie v Plzni. Hlavní poznatky pro praktickou část byly získány prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření, které proběhlo s řadovými zaměstnanci. Dále byla analýza provedena pomocí polostrukturovaného rozhovoru se supervizorem a pozorování. Praktická část práce je zakončena doporučeními pro zlepšení vnitrofiremní komunikace na příslušné pobočce. Práce je zakončena časovým harmonogramem zmíněných doporučení spolu s finančním rozpočtem. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The bachelor thesis focuses on internal communication in a selected company. The theoretical part deals with the characteristics of internal communication and its definition. The bachelor thesis also introduces the communication model and the communication process, defines the feedback loop and sets out the functions and objectives of internal communication. The thesis concludes with the tools and forms of internal communication and last but not least communication barriers. The practical part deals with the analysis of internal communication in McDonald's, specifically at the Olympia branch in Pilsen. The main findings for the practical part were obtained through a questionnaire survey conducted with rank-and-file employees. Furthermore, the analysis was conducted through a semi-structured interview with a supervisor and observation. The practical part of the thesis concludes with recommendations for the improvement of intra-branch communication in the respective branch. The thesis concludes with a timetable of the said recommendations along with a financial budget. | en |
