dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce zkoumá sdílenou ekonomiku a její vliv na generaci Z. V teoretické části je představen koncept sdílené ekonomiky a další alternativní nebo příbuzné pojmy. Následně jsou popsáni účastníci sdílené ekonomiky a specifikovány oblasti a organizace, které ve sdílené ekonomice působí. Dále se práce zaměřuje na rozdělení generací a charakteristiku generace Z. Empirická část se pak zabývá zjištěním míry povědomí, využívanosti služeb sdílené ekonomiky v rámci generace Z, motivací k využití/nevyužití těchto služeb a porovnáním studentů středních a vysokých škol. Pro dosažení cílů práce bylo provedeno dotazníkové šetření, které zkoumalo povědomí, využívání, motivace a překážky spojené s využíváním sdílené ekonomiky u generace Z.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis explores the sharing economy and its impact on Generation Z. The theoretical part introduces the concept of the sharing economy and other alternative or related concepts. Subsequently, the participants in the sharing economy are described and the areas and organizations that operate in the sharing economy are specified. Next, the thesis focuses on the distribution of generations and the characteristics of Generation Z. The empirical part deals with finding out the level of awareness, the use of sharing economy services among Generation Z, motivations for using/not using these services and a comparison of high school and university students. To achieve the objectives of the thesis, a questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the awareness, usage, motivations and barriers associated with the use of sharing economy among Generation Z.en
