dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá měřením výkonové motivace u fotbalistů FC Rokycany ve věkových kategoriích U16-17, U19 a muži. Cílem práce je popis faktorů výkonové motivace v kolektivním sportu u daných věkových kategorií pomocí psychometrického nástroje LMI. Práce začíná vymezením základních pojmů, popisem vývoje výkonové motivace a přehledem teorií jednotlivých autorů. Další podkapitoly se týkají výkonové motivace ve sportu a dále pak ve fotbalu. Uvádíme i přehled jednotlivých metod měření výkonové motivace a poté se více věnujeme psychometrickému nástroji LMI (2011). Neméně důležitou teoretickou kapitolou je charakteristika věkových období adolescence a mladé dospělosti. Ve výzkumné části se věnujeme samotné diagnostice, na základě které se formulují doporučení pro trenérskou praxi.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis Master´s Thesis discusses the performance motivation survey of FC Rokycany football players of the age groups U16-17, U19 and men. The aim of this thesis is to describe the performance motivation factors in team sports via the LMI psychometric instrument in such age groups. The thesis starts with basic terms definition, description of the performance motivation development, and with the synopsis of theories of individual authors. The next subchapters deal with the sport performance motivation, then focused on the situation in football. There is also introduced a list of particular methods surveying the performance motivation followed by the section being more concerned with the LMI psychometric instrument (2011). The last theoretical chapter is the characteristic of young adults and adolescents age groups. In the research part of the thesis we discuss the diagnostics itself, from which the recommendations for coaching practice are defined.en
