dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce zpracovává téma "Kompetence finančního arbitra a řízení před ním. Nejprve je věnována pozornost vzniku a vývoji institutu finančního arbitra a jeho právní úpravě. Práce dále definuje postavení a pravomoci finančního arbitra. Dále jsou popsána specifika řízení před finančním arbitrem. Jsou předneseny úvahy de lege ferenda, jakož i předpokládaný vývoj právní úpravy. Na konci je krátký exkurz do fungování Financial Ombudsman Service.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis diploma thesis deals with the topic of ?Jurisdiction (competence) of the Financial Arbiter and proceedings before him?. At first is attention given to creation and development of the Financial Arbiter institute and legislation.Thesis defines the position and jurisdiction (competence) of the Financial Arbiter. There are described the specifics of proceedings before the Financial Arbiter. There are then presented considerations de lege ferenda, as well as anticipated regulatory developments. At the end is a short chapter about the Financial Ombudsman Service.en
