| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem pracovní spokojenosti a motivace pracovníků. Obsahem teoretické části práce je základní vymezení pojmů, které se týkají spokojenosti, pracovní spokojenosti, motivace, pracovní motivace a vzájemného vztahu pracovní spokojenosti a motivace pracovníků. V praktické části práce je provedeno dotazníkové šetření, které slouží ke zjištění pohledu pracovníků na spokojenost s jejich zaměstnáním, případně nespokojenost se zaměstnáním a jejich motivaci. Celkový cíl práce je v teoretické části efektivně vysvětlit výše zmíněné pojmy týkající se spokojenosti a motivace a v praktické části práce je cílem navázat na část teoretickou a pomocí dotazníkového šetření zjistit, zda jsou pracovníci ve své práci spokojení, pokud nikoliv, tak co by udělali pro zlepšení své pracovní spokojenosti a spokojenosti obecně a dále také zjistit co pracovníky motivuje nebo demotivuje. | cs |
