| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem postavení znalce v trestním řízení. Pojednává o historickém vývoji znaleckého dokazování a o základních poznatcích dokazování v trestním řízení. Dále je popsáno znalecké zkoumání a znalecké dokazování v trestním řízení. Více prostoru je věnováno problematice, která se týká osoby znalce, znaleckého ústavu a znaleckého posudku. Práce je doplněna o přílohy, které obsahují vzory opatření a podání a dále také statistické údaje o celkovém počtu znaleckých zkoumání. | cs |
