dc.description.abstractV této bakalářské práci se zaměřuji na příspěvkové organizace, částí neziskového sektoru, který je v práci taktéž vymezen a členěn. Práce se dělí na část teoretickou a empirickou. V části teoretické se zabývám již zmíněným neziskovým sektorem, vymezením příspěvkových organizací obecně, následně primárně příspěvkovými organizacemi územně samosprávných celků. Empirická část této práce je věnována příspěvkové organizaci hlavního města Prahy, Domu dětí a mládeže Prahy 4. Jsou zde vymezeny základní informace o hlavním městě Praha a následně se práce soustředí na konkrétní činnosti dané příspěvkové organizace. Cílem této práce bylo objasnit čtenáři fungování příspěvkových organizací, především na základě teoretického popisu a praktického příkladu uvedeného v části empirické.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor's thesis focuses primarily on the topic of contributory organizations, as a part of the nonprofit sector, which i salso described in my study. Thesis is divided into two sections, theoretical and practical one. The theoretical section involves the aforementioned nonprofit sector, describing contributory organizations in general and then mostly contributory organizations, which were established by territorial self-governing units. Practical part of this thesis is about a concrete contributory organisation established by capital city Prague, Dům dětí a mládeže Prahy 4. There are also defined general information about the city and then the thesis focuses on the concrete activities and tasks of the previously mentioned contributory organisation. The aim of this work was to clarify to the reader the functioning of contributory organizations, primarily based on a theoretical description and a practial example presented in the emipirical section.en
