dc.description.abstractTématem bakalářské práce je analýza konkurenceschopnosti společnosti AmRest s.r.o. Předmětem činnosti je hostinská činnost. Bakalářská práce je rozdělená na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je uvedená základní terminologie z oblasti podnikání, konkurenceschopnosti a konkurenční výhody. Dále jsou popsány jednotlivé analýzy podnikového okolí, které slouží ke zhodnocení makrookolí, mikrookolí a vnitřní analýze podniku. Na začátku praktické části jde představení podniku. V následující části jsou prováděný jednotlivé analýzy hodnotící konkurenceschopnost podniku a na základě výsledků je zpracována SWOT analýza. Z provedené SWOT analýzy byla poté vybrána vhodná strategie a doporučení pro zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti vybraného podniku.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe topic of the bachelor's thesis is the analysis of the competitiveness of AmRest s.r.o. The subject of the activity is catering. The bachelor's thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part, basic terminology from the field of business, competitiveness and competitive advantage is presented. Next, individual analyzes of the business environment are described, which serve to evaluate the macro environment, micro environment and internal analysis of the company. At the beginning of the practical part there is an introduction of the company. In the following part, individual analyzes evaluating the competitiveness of the company are carried out, and a SWOT analysis is prepared based on the results. A suitable strategy and recommendations for increasing the competitiveness of the selected company were then selected from the SWOT analysis.en
