dc.description.abstractV první části bakalářské práce jsou vysvětleny pojmy důležité pro pochopení problematiky. Druhá část se věnuje reformám územní správy v zahraničí a vývoji územní správy v Československu od roku 1989 a v ČR do zahájení reformy. Třetí část je tvořena popisem 1. fáze reformy územní správy. Čtvrtá část se věnuje 2.fázi reformy územní správy a v závěrečné části je popsán aktuální vývoj a východiska pro další směřování reformy.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedIn the first part of this work is an explanation of key words for understanding. The second part deals with reforms of territorial administration abroad and the development of territorial administration in Czechoslovakia since 1989 and in Czech republic until the beggining of the reform. The third part consists of a description of stage one of the reform of territorial administration. The fourth part deals with the stage two of the reform and the final section describes current progress and key questions for the continuation of the reform.en
