dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce na téma:"Optimalizace organizační struktury ve vazbě na podnikové cíle" obsahuje teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou charakterizovány organizační struktury a jsou popsány výhody a nevýhody jejich zavedení v podniku. V této části jsou také uvedeny jednotlivé styly řízení v organizacích. Hlavní částí bakalářské práce je analýza organizace práce ve firmě a popis stylů řízení v jednotlivých odděleních. V závěru jsou navržeby změny ve stylu řízení a částečně i v organizační struktuře, které po zavedení do praxe přinesou zefektivnění řízení.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe final project "Optimisation of organisation structure in relation to company objectives". The project consists of a theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part describes organisation structures and compares their advantages and disadvantages when they are implemented within companies.This part also deals with different styles of management. The main part of the project analyzes the organisation of work within a real company and describes the management styles used in different departments. In conclusion,it proposes changes to the management style and partly to the company organisation structure which will result in more efficient management.en
