dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku fair trade a její sounáležitosti k udržitelnému rozvoji. Teoretická část se zabývá problematikou trvale udržitelného rozvoje včetně jejich základních principů, pilířů a cílů. Převážná část diplomové práce se věnuje konceptu fair trade, jeho historii, mezinárodním standardům, kterými se producenti musí řídit a certifikací Fairtrade. Dále se zabývá principy a cíli fair trade a mezinárodními kampaněmi na podporu fair trade. Praktická část se věnuje samotnému výzkumu vnímání a spotřeby fairtradových produktů mezi studujícími ve věkové kategorii 18-26 let a respondenty generace 55+ a následně vyhodnocení a shrnutí výsledků provedeného dotazníkového šetření. Dále byla autorkou navrhnuta doporučení ke zvýšení povědomí respondentů o konceptu fair trade. Praktická část se také zabývá analýzou nabídky fairtradových produktů ve vybraných obchodních řetězcích v České republice, vývojovými trendy fair trade a problematikou pandemie koronaviru COVID-19 a jejího negativního dopadu na producenty z rozvojových zemí.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis master's thesis is focused on the issue of fair trade and its connection to sustainable development. The theoretical part deals with the issue of sustainable development, including their basic principles, pillars and goals. The majority of the master's thesis deals with the concept of fair trade, its history, international standards that producers must follow and Fairtrade certification. It also deals with the principles and goals of fair trade and international campaigns to promote fair trade. The practical part is devoted to the research of the perception and consumption of fair trade products among students in the age category of 18-26 years and respondents of the 55+ generation, and subsequently to the evaluation and summary of the results of the questionnaire survey. Furthermore, the author proposed recommendations to increase the awareness of respondents about the concept of fair trade. The practical part also deals with the analysis of the supply of fair trade products in selected retail chains in the Czech Republic, the development trends of fair trade and the issue of the coronavirus pandemic COVID-19 and its negative impact on producers from developing countries.en
