dc.description.abstractPředložená práce je zaměřena na posouzení rizik v investičním projektu. Po charakteristice základních pojmů z oblasti projektového managementu a risk managementu se práce zaměřuje na deskripci společnosti a jejího strategického postavení. Dále se již zaobírá projektem a jeho stabilitou. Následuje identifikace a analýza rizik v příslušném projektu. Výstupem této části práce je registr rizik s ohodnocenými riziky a jejich rozdělení do skupin dle závažnosti. U závažných rizik je navržen způsob jejich ošetření. Cílem předkládané práce je návrh na proces řízení rizik v projektech společnosti, který by se dal také aplikovat na celý podnik.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis diploma thesis deals with the risk assessment of the investment project. There are briefly described basic theoretical terms of project and risk management in the first part of the thesis. The second part is focused on the description of the company and its strategic position. The main part of this thesis includes the specific project and its stability with the identification and analyses of risks. The output of this part is the list of risks with their evaluation and the distribution into the groups based on their relevance. The ways of risk treatment were suggested for these relevant risks too. The main goal of this presented diploma thesis is the suggestion of risk management process, which could be possible to spread to the whole company.en
