| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na digitalizaci účetnictví. Cílem této práce je zjistit současný stav digitalizace účetnictví vybraného podniku na základě názorů a postojů z pohledu samotných účetních. Práce je tvořena teoretickou a praktickou částí. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy související s účetnictvím a je zmíněn stručný přehled historického vývoje účetnictví. Dále je charakterizován pojem digitalizace, přiblížen jeho vývoj v Evropě a České republice a identifikovány přínosy a rizika spojená s digitalizací. Jako poslední jsou rozebrány digitální nástroje a vliv digitalizace na roli účetní. V praktické části je podrobněji popsána metodika výzkumu, na kterou navazuje charakteristika respondentů z hlediska profese, délky zaměstnání, věku a pohlaví. Následuje vyhodnocení a interpretace výsledků získaných z dotazníkového šetření. Na závěr jsou shrnuty klíčové poznatky a navrhnuty vhodná doporučení. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The bachelor thesis is focused on the digitalization of accounting. The aim of this thesis is to find out the current state of digitalization of accounting in a selected company based on the opinions and attitudes from the perspective of the accountants themselves. The thesis consists of a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part, the basic concepts related to accounting are defined and a brief overview of the historical development of accounting is mentioned. Furthermore, the concept of digitalization is characterized, its development in Europe and the Czech Republic is presented and the benefits and risks associated with digitalization are identified. Lastly, digital tools and the impact of digitisation on the role of accountants are discussed. In the practical part, the research methodology is described in more detail, followed by the characteristics of the respondents in terms of profession, length of employment, age and gender. This is followed by an evaluation and interpretation of the results obtained from the questionnaire survey. Finally, key findings are summarised and appropriate recommendations are proposed. | en |
