dc.description.abstractAutorka si vybrala jako téma své bakalářské práce Die Gehalts- und Lohnabrechnung in Deutschland - Übersicht des Systems und der deutschen Terminologie. Po úvodu následuje teoretická část, která je rozdělena do tří kapitol (uvedení mzdového účetnictví, základní pojmy mzdového účetnictví a samotné mzdové účetnictví). V první kapitole jsou popsány nejdůležitější právní podklady, např. pracovní smlouvy a několik vybraných zákonů. Druhá kapitola zahrnuje základní pojmy mzdového účetnictví, kam zejména patří výrazy jako zaměstnanec, zaměstnavatel a mzda. Poslední kapitola teoretické části obsahuje informace o daních a pojištění. Druhý díl bakalářské práce se skládá z příkladu, který byl předveden pomocí počítačového programu TK-Lex. Následují dva rozhovory, které byly provedeny se dvěma odbornicemi z Německa a České republiky. Na konci práce se nachází glosář, který je vytvořen z vybraných termínů z oblasti mzdového účetnictví.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe author has chosen Gehalts- und Lohnabrechnung in Deutschland - Systems of Expertise and Terminology as the theme of her bachelor thesis. After the introduction, there comes the theoretical part which is divided into three chapters (introduction of wage accounting, basic concepts of wage accounting and the wage accounting itself). The first chapter describes the most important legal documents, such as Labor Agreements and several selected laws. The second chapter includes the basic concepts of wage accounting which covers, in particular, terms such as employee, employer and wage. The last chapter of the theoretical section contains information on taxes and insurance. The second part of the bachelor thesis consists of an example which was demonstrated using the TK-Lex computer program. It is followed by two dialogues with two experts from Germany and the Czech Republic. At the end of the thesis there is a glossary which is created from selected terms of wage accounting.en
