| dc.description.abstract | Tématem bakalářské práce je hodnocení projektu. Hlavním cílem práce je popsat tuto problematiku. Aby se tohoto cíle dosáhlo, bylo důležité definovat všechny hlavní pojmy projektového řízení. V teoretické části je popsán projekt jako celek. Hodnocení projektu je pak zařazeno do práce v návaznosti na životní cyklus projektu. Jsou zde uvedeny definice a obrázky pro lepší pochopení této problematiky. V praktické části práce je uveden reálný projekt e-faktura. Na něm je znázorněna metoda logického rámce a metoda kritické cesty. Pro hodnocení projektu byla použita metoda přidané hodnoty a uvedeny její výsledky. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The topic of my bachelor thesis is named Evaluation of the project. The main goal of my thesis is to describe this mentioned topic. Very important was to define all main terms from the field of project management. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis deals with describing project as a whole. The evaluation of the project is put into the thesis as a follow-up to life cycle of the project. For better understanding to this issue the definitions and pictures were added. The second practical part informs about the real project named e-faktura. There is the logical frame method and the critical path method represented. For the evaluation of the project was used the earned value management (method) and in conclusion the results were written on the basis of mentioned method. | en |
