| dc.description.abstract | Tato práce se zabývá kreativním účetnictvím, technikami kreativního účetnictví a účetními podvody. Jejím hlavním cílem je vymezit pojem kreativní účetnictví a popsat jeho techniky a aplikovat jejich použití v rámci české účetní legislativy. První část definuje základní pojmy související s kreativním účetnictvím a fraud managementem, jako jsou earnings management nebo impression management. Dále práce rozlišuje různé techniky kreativního účetnictví, popisuje příklady window dressingu a mimobilančního financování. Práce obsahuje případy účetních skandálů, souvisejících s kreativním účetnictvím a účetními podvody, kterých se dopustily zahraniční ale i tuzemské společnosti. Čtvrtá kapitola práce se zabývá otázkou, jak je možno se bránit a předcházet technikám kreativního účetnictví. Zaměřuje se na boj proti kreativnímu účetnictví v rámci české legislativy. Poslední část obsahuje příklad, který prakticky aplikuje vybrané techniky kreativního účetnictví a znázorňuje jejich vliv na změnu výsledku hospodaření účetní jednotky podle českých účetních předpisů. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis deals with creative accounting, creative accounting techniques and accounting frauds. The main goal of the thesis is to define the concept of creative accounting, to describe its techniques and to apply the techniques within the Czech regulatory framework. The first part defines basic terms related to creative accounting and fraud management such as earnings management and impression management. The next part describes the main techniques of creative accounting such as window dressing and off-balance sheet financing. The thesis presents cases of accounting scandals where the creative accounting and accounting frauds have been used by both domestic and foreign companies. The fourth part of the thesis deals with the question: how is it possible to resist and prevent the use of creative accounting techniques. It focuses on the battle against creative accounting within the Czech regulatory framework. The last part shows an example which applies chosen techniques of creative accounting and illustrates their impact on the change in profit and loss of an enterprise according to Czech accounting principles. | en |
