| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na finanční hospodaření města Cheb. Jejím cílem je přiblížit územní samosprávné celky, jejich financování a provést analýzu finančního hospodaření města. Teoretická část obsahuje charakteristiku územních samosprávných celků, jejich orgánů a činností. Dále se zabývá rozpočtem, jeho procesem a strukturou. Na začátku praktické části je představeno město Cheb a jeho orgány. Následuje horizontální a vertikální analýza rozpočtu města v letech 20122014 a jeho jednotlivých druhů příjmů a výdajů. Poté je zhodnoceno jeho hospodaření a jsou navržena opatření pro jeho zlepšení. | cs |

Its purpose is to describe local governments, their financing and analyze the financial management of the city. The theoretical part contains descriptions of the local governments, their institutions and activities. It also deals with budget, its process and structure. At the beginning of the practical part the town of Cheb and its institutions are introduced. Then following horizontal and vertical analysis of the town budget and its types of revenues and expenses in the period 20122014. Finally there is the assessment of its economic activities and proposed precautions for its improvement. | en |
