Hlavním bodem práce je rozebrání právní úpravy v České republice, a to na část zaměstnávání cizinců a pobyt cizinců na území ČR. Poslední kapitola se zaobírá správními delikty a kontrolní činností na úseku nelegálního zaměstnávání. | cs |
