| dc.description.abstract | Práce je zaměřena na hodnocení ekonomické efektivnosti investic. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty základní poznatky týkající se problematiky hodnocení investic a investičního rozhodování. Jsou zde vymezeny základní typy investičních projektů, peněžní toky plynoucí z projektů, způsoby financování, faktor rizika a metody hodnocení ekonomické efektivnosti investic. Praktická část se zabývá projektem v reálné firmě, na kterém jsou teoretické poznatky aplikovány. Na základě výsledků hodnotících metod je formulováno závěrečné zhodnocení ekonomické efektivnosti projektu. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | Thesis is focused on evaluating the economic efficiency of the investments. In the theoretical part is summarized the basic knowledge on the topic of evaluating investments and investment decisions. There are described the basic types of investment projects, the cash flows of the projects, ways of financing, risk factors and methods to evaluate effectiveness of the investments. The practical part deal with a project in a real company, on which theoretical knowledge is applied. Based on the results of the evaluation methods is formulated the final evaluation of the economic efficiency of the project. | en |
