dc.description.abstract<p>Diplomová práce pojednává o návrhu střednědobého strategického plánu zaměřeného na zvyšování výkonnosti společnosti. Úkolem je na základě projektu restrukturalizace a vhodných analýz navrhnout strategii pro dosažení stanoveného cíle. Společnost je v práci prezentována pod anonymním názvem. V úvodu je podnik podroben analýze historické výkonnosti a následně je definován projekt restrukturalizace, který vytváří nový rámec interního prostředí. Pro hodnocení externího prostředí a stanovení nejvhodnější strategické varianty jsou využity nástroje strategické analýzy, zejména PEST analýza, Porterův model pěti sil a SWOT analýza. Výsledná strategie vychází z matice IE. Na základě jejích výsledků je navržen strategický plán a jeho dopady jsou kvantifikovány prostřednictvím obchodního a finančního plánu, na jejichž základě je vyhodnocena predikovaná výkonnost společnosti. Současně jsou identifikovány klíčové faktory ovlivňující budoucí výkonnost firmy.</p>cs
dc.description.abstract-translated<p>The thesis deals with the design of a medium-term strategic plan aimed at increasing the company's performance. The task is to propose a strategy for achieving the set goal based on a restructuring project and appropriate analyses. The company is presented under an anonymous name in the thesis. In the introduction, the company's historical performance is analyzed, and then a restructuring project is defined, which creates a new framework for the internal environment. Strategic analysis tools, in particular PEST analysis, Porter's five forces model, and SWOT analysis, are used to evaluate the external environment and determine the most suitable strategic option. The resulting strategy is derived from the IE matrix. Based on their results, a strategic plan is proposed and its impacts are quantified through a business and financial plan, on the basis of which the predicted performance of the company is evaluated. At the same time, key factors influencing the future performance of the company are identified.</p>en
