dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se zabývá strategickou analýzou společnosti Boraseti s. r. o. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní pojmy, s kterými se následně pracuje v praktické části. Stěžejní částí práce byla interní a externí analýza, z které se mohly generovat strategie a alternativní strategie. V práci byla stanovena strategická východiska. Vypracován strategický plán organizace na 3 roky dopředu. Pro doplnění souvislostí byl zpracován také finanční plán a analýza rizik. Pro zpracování praktické části bylo zapotřebí komunikovat s podnikem a mít přístup k interním dokumentům. Účelem práce bylo přiblížit analyzované společnosti strategický management a ukázat ji, proč by se měla strategickým řízením sama zabývat. Toto se z velké části povedlo.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis deals with the strategic analysis of Boraseti s. r. o. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part the basic concepts are described, which are then worked with in the practical part. The core part of the thesis was the internal and external analysis from which strategies and alternative strategies could be generated. In the thesis, strategic starting points were established. Developed a strategic plan for the organisation for 3 years ahead. A financial plan and risk analysis were also developed to complete the context. To develop the practical part it was necessary to communicate with the company and have access to internal documents. The purpose of the thesis was to introduce the analysed company to strategic management and to show why it should deal with strategic management itself. This was largely successful.en
