dc.description.abstractCílem této bakalářské práce je provedení Porterovy analýzy pěti sil společnosti Group BBS, s.r.o. a následovné zamyšlení se nad dalším vývojem podniku a jeho konkurenceschopnosti. Dále pak vytvoření SWOT analýzy pro tuto společnost a v neposlední řadě doporučení opatření pro úpravu strategie podniku. Tato bakalářská práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část popisuje například prvky okolí podniku, charakteristiky jednotlivých vlivů okolí podniku a metody jejich zkoumání. Praktická část této práce se mimo jiné zabývá analýzou jednotlivých vlivů okolí na společnost Group BBS, a.s., zamyšlením se nad dalším vývojem podniku a jeho konkurenceschopnosti, strategií této společnosti a opatřením pro úpravu této strategie.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of this bachelor thesis is making Porter's Five Forces Analysis on the company Group BBS, PLC with following reflection about next development of this company and its competitiveness. Then creating of SWOT-analyse for this company and last but not least, recommendation of steps leading to adjusting company's strategy. This bachelor thesis is decides into theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part describes for example elements of surroundings of the company, characteristic of individual influences of surroundings of the company and research methods. Practical part of this thesis deals with analysis of individual elements of surroundings on the company Group BBS, PLC, reflection about next development of the company and its competitiveness, strategy of this company and steps leading to adjusting of this strategy.en
