| dc.description.abstract | Předložená bakalářská práce zpracovaná v roce 2025 pojednává o postupu a realizaci konkrétního projektu, který probíhal od roku 2022 až do roku 2025. Cílem práce je seznámení čtenářů s teorií ohledně projektového řízení a využití nabitých teoretických znalostí v částí, která se věnuje konkrétnímu projektu. Text je dělen do pěti kapitol, první dvě kapitoly odpovídají teoretické částí práce a zbylé tři části praktické. V praktické části se autor práce věnuje představení společnosti, popisuje originální plány z projektové dokumentace a ze své vlastní tvorby přidává plány nové, které by při použití firmou v praxi mohli zlepšit celý proces. Většina těchto plánů v kapitole 4 jsou originálně vytvořené autorem, ale některé vychází z originálních plánů firmy. Závěrečná kapitola práce se věnuje analýze aktuálního stavu projektu společně s návrhy na opatření pro budoucí podobné projekty. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The present bachelor thesis, prepared in 2025, deals with the progress and implementation of a specific project that took place from 2022 to 2025. The aim of the thesis is to familiarize the readers with the theory regarding project management and to use the acquired theoretical knowledge in the part that deals with a specific project. The text is divided into five chapters, the first two chapters correspond to the theoretical part of the thesis and the remaining three to the practical part. In the practical part, the author of the thesis introduces the company, describes the original plans from the project documentation and adds new plans of his own creation that could improve the whole process when used by the company in practice. Most of these plans in Chapter 4 are original plans created by the author, but some are based on the company's original plans. The final chapter of the thesis is devoted to an analysis of the current status of the project, together with suggestions for action for future similar projects. | en |
