dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem vzdělávacích procesů v podniku. Hlavním cílem je analyzovat současný stav vzdělávání pracovníků v konkrétní společnosti a následně navrhnout opatření, která by dokázala odstranit nedostatky ve vzdělávacím systému společnosti. Práce je rozdělena do osmi kapitol. První dvě kapitoly vychází ze studia odborné literatury a tvoří teoretický základ pro analýzu vzdělávání ve společnosti REALITY 11 CZECH REPUBLIC a.s., která je charakterizovaná v kapitolách tři až šest. Analýza systému vzdělávání ve společnosti je obsahem kapitoly sedm a kromě odborné literatury čerpá z dotazníkového šetření, interních dokumentů a poskytnutých rozhovorů. Na základě výsledků analýzy jsou v osmé kapitole navrženy opatření, jejichž cílem je zefektivnit vzdělávání pracovníků ve společnosti.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor´s work deals with the topic of educational processes in a company. The main goal is to analyze the current state of the education of employees in a certain company and then to suggest arrangements, which would manage to remove the deficiency in the educational system of the company. The work is divided into eight chapters. The first two chapters come out from the study of the technical literature and they create the theoretical basis for the analysis of the education in the company REALITY 11 CZECH REPUBLIC ltd, which is characterized in the chapters number three and six. The analysis of the educational system in the company is the topic of the chapter number seven and it derives data from the technical literature and also from the questionnaries, the internal documents and interviews. On the basis of the results of the analysis, there are measures suggested, which should make the education of the employees in the company better and more effective.en
