Vývojové fáze analytického kubismu a nové tonality

Abstract

Poslední studie letošního ročníku cyklu HUDBA A OBRAZ uzavírá první část tematického bloku NÁSTUP AVANTGARDY. Její pozornost je soustředěna na vývojové fáze analytického kubismu v letech 1909 – 1912, demonstrované variantami námětu Žena s mandolínou, a na Stravinského skladby ruského období z let 1910 – 1910 s dominantním postavením baletu Svěcení jara. Dovršením procesu kvalitativní proměny tvaru, prostoru a času je v závěrečné fázi analytického kubismu zrušení uzavřenosti tvaru v důsledném prolínání tvarových a prostorových fazet. Obdobně i Stravinskij ruší tektonickou jednotu hudebního tvaru jeho rozbitím na elementární hudební útvary, z nichž buduje důmyslnou konstrukci postavenou na jejich vrstvení v procesu jejich přidávání a ubírání.

The last study in this year's MUSIC AND IMAGE series concludes the first part of the thematic block THE RISE OF THE AVANT-GARDE. It focuses on the developmental phases of analytical cubism in the years 1909–1912, demonstrated by variations on the theme Woman with a Mandolin, and on Stravinsky's compositions from his Russian period between 1910 and 1910, with the ballet The Rite of Spring playing a dominant role. The culmination of the process of qualitative transformation of form, space, and time in the final phase of Analytical Cubism is the abolition of the closed nature of form through the consistent intermingling of formal and spatial facets. Similarly, Stravinsky abolishes the tectonic unity of musical form by breaking it down into elementary musical units, from which he builds an ingenious construction based on their layering in a process of addition and subtraction.
