dc.description.abstractPředložená bakalářská práce je zaměřena na předání malé rodinné firmy. V první části bakalářské práce jsou definovány pojmy související s rodinným podnikáním. Na základě teoretické části práce jsou demonstrovány zjištěné poznatky na firmě Jan Reitmaier spol. s r.o. Firma je analyzována pomocí vertikální, horizontální a SWOT analýzy. Na konkrétním příkladu je zpracováno předání rodinného podniku synovci majitele firmy, je sestaven plán pro předání podniku nástupci a jsou definovány ekonomické důsledky. Dále jsou v práci zpracovány výzvy pro nového majitele po předání podniku. Na závěr je celá praktická část zhodnocena a shrnuta, jsou navržena doporučení, kterých by se majitel podniku měl držet při předání firmy následující generaci, jak z hlediska běžného podniku, tak z hlediska rodinného podniku.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedSubmitted bachelor thesis is aimed on a transfer of a small family company. In a first part of this bachelor thesis are defined theoretic parts related to family entrepreneurship. Based on the theoretical part are detected finding demonstrated on Jan Reitmaier Ltd Company. The company is analyzed using vertical, horizontal and SWOT analysis. On the concrete example is processed transfer of a family business to the owner's nephew. The plan of the transfer of this company to its successor is assembled and also the economic consequences are introduced. Further are in this thesis also given challenges for the new owner after the transfer of this company. In the end is the practical part rated and summarized. There are submitted suggestions, which are for the owner smart to follow while transferring the family business to the next generation both from the perspective of ordinary company and family company.en
