| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na institut přímé demokracie v České republice, konkrétně na institut místního referenda. Místní referendum je v práci představeno společně s dalšími demokratickými prvky, které jsou v České republice kodifikovány, a je podrobněji zpracováno z pohledu zákonné úpravy, která se vyvíjela od listopadu 1989 až do podoby aktuální právní úpravy. V práci jsou dále zpracovány některé statistické údaje místních referend z let 2006 až 2014. | cs |
