dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá manažerskými dovednostmi a kompetencemi vedoucích pracovníků ve veřejné správě. Práce je členěna na dva segmenty, teoretický a praktický. Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy z odvětví managementu, dále z oblasti veřejné správy, vysvětluje termíny kompetence a dovednosti manažera, pojednává o častých chybách v praxi a o problematických povahách vedoucích pracovníků. Každá kapitola se věnuje tématu nejdříve obecně, a poté konkrétně v oblastech veřejné správy. Obsahem praktické části je dotazníkové šetření, které je zaměřené na dané téma.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor's thesis deals with the management skills and competencies of managers in public administration. The thesis is divided into two segments, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part defines basic concepts from the management sector, and from the area of public administration, explains the terms of competence and skills of a manager, discusses frequent mistakes in practice and the problematic nature of managers. Each chapter deals with the topic first in general, and then specifically in the areas of public administration. The content of the practical part is a questionnaire survey, which is focused on the given topic.en
