Abstract

Education for the future in the era of Industry 5.0 will emphasise the link between technology and the human factor. Industry 5.0 focuses on the synergy between advanced technologies such as robotics, artificial intelligence, internet of Things and human creativity, empathy and ethical decision-making. Educational systems will need to prepare students to work in multidisciplinary teams where the ability to innovate and solve complex problems will be emphasised. In addition to technical skills, emotional intelligence, the ability to communicate and collaborate between humans and machines will become crucial.

Vzdělávání pro budoucnost v éře Průmyslu 5.0 bude klást důraz na propojení technologií a lidského faktoru. Průmysl 5.0 se zaměřuje na synergii mezi pokročilými technologiemi jako jsou robotika, umělá inteligence, internet věcí a lidskou kreativitou, empatií a etické rozhodování.
