dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá únosem dítěte jedním z rodičů. Zaměřuje se na problematiku rodičovských únosů z hlediska trestního a občanského práva. Velká pozornost je věnována trestnému činu únosu dítěte a osoby stižené duševní poruchou. Cílem této práce je komplexně rozebrat téma rodičovských únosů jak z pohledu trestního práva, tak z pohledu práva občanského, protože tyto dva právní obory nelze v rámci rodičovských únosů oddělit. Dále se diplomová práce zabývá tím, jak by bylo možné současnou právní úpravu změnit.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis deals with the abduction of a child by one of the parents. It focuses on the issue of parental abduction from the perspective of criminal and civil law. Great attention is paid to the crime of abduction of a child and a person with a mental disorder. The aim of this thesis is to comprehensively analyze the topic of parental abduction from both the perspective of criminal law and civil law, because these two legal fields cannot be separated within the framework of parental abduction. The thesis also deals with how the current legal regulation could be changed.en
