dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá nákupem potravin v kontextu ochrany spotřebitele a spotřebitelských preferencí. Cílem práce je zjištění spotřebitelských preferencí při nákupu potravin a pochopení, jak spotřebitel vnímá kvalitu potravin. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí, teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části jsou definovány pojmy spotřebitel, kvalita, kvalita potravin a bezpečnost. Dále se teoretická část zabývá problematikou nákupu potravin, jejich označováním a balením, definuje legislativu v oblasti kvality potravin, dvojí kvalitu potravin, značky kvality či prodej potravin online. V praktické části jsou podrobně popsány a shrnuty výsledky kvantitativního výzkumu prováděného prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny návrhy a doporučení.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedBachelor Thesis deals with food purchases in the context of consumer protection and consumer preferences. The aim of the thesis is to identify consumer preferences when buying food and to understand how the consumer perceives the quality of food. The thesis consists of two parts, the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part defines the terms consumer, quality, food quality and safety. Furthermore, the theoretical part deals with the issue of food purchase, labelling and packaging, defines legislation in the field of food quality, dual quality of food, quality label or online sale of food. The practical part describes in detail and summarises the results of quantitative research carried out through the questionnaire. At the end of the thesis, proposals and recommendations are presented.en
