dc.description.abstractZpracovaná diplomová práce se zabývá mladistvými pachateli. Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce nazvané "Správní trestání mladistvých" je posouzení současné právní úpravy týkající se se trestání mladistvých delikventů za správní delikty, jichž se dopustili. Autor se zabývá hmotněprávními i procesněprávními modifikacemi vztahujících se k mladistvým pachatelům, přičemž poukazuje na mezery v právních předpisech, díky kterým je užití analogie s trestním právem neodmyslitelnou součástí správního trestání mladistvých.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe compiled diploma thesis deals with the juvenile offenders. The main goal of this diploma thesis called "Administrative punishment of juveniles" is the assessment of current legislation related to the punishment of juvenile delinquents for administrative offenses committed by them. The author deals with substantive and also procedural legal modifications in relation to juvenile offenders, while pointing to the gaps in the legislation for which an analogy with criminal law is an essential part of the administrative punishment of juveniles.en
