dc.description.abstractV této práci se zabývám vývojem příhraničních oblastí Ašska a Selbska nejen jako měst, která spolu sousedí a v posledních desetiletích i velmi intenzivně spolupracují na různých akcích v rámci kultury, sportu, cestovního ruchu, pracovních možností i vztahů obyvatel, ale především jako oblastí na konci jednotlivých států, kde se v posledních 25 letech zcela změnilo původní zaměření regionu, zanikl původní, velmi úspěšný průmysl a nyní se hledají nové cesty, jak region udržet a nasměrovat jinam. Součástí práce je rozsáhlý průzkum provedený mezi obyvateli Aše i mezi obyvateli Selbu, z něhož lze dobře odvodit, co si myslí běžní obyvatelé těchto měst, jak hodnotí vývoj v posledních dvou dekádách, jak vnímají (pozitivně či negativně) změny v obou městech, ať z pohledu stavebních či ekonomických nebo celkové atmosféry města. Na základě analýzy a průzkumu pak navrhuji řešení, případně alternativy k již schváleným změnám. V části práce se věnuji i projektům, které nyní v Aši nebo Selbu probíhají, hodnotím je a navrhuji nejlepší řešení jak pro obyvatele, tak pro město a soukromé subjekty - investory.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedIn the diploma thesis I deal with the development of the border regions of Aš and Selb not only as neighboring cities intensively cooperating on various events within the culture, sport, tourism, working possibilities and relations of inhabitants in the last decades, but mainly as regions situated at the borders of each state where the original focus of the regions has changed completely over the last 25 years. The original and very successful industry has disappeared and nowadays new ways are being sought to retain the regions and to direct them elsewhere. Part of the work is an extensive survey conducted among the inhabitants of Aš as well as of Selb, from which it is possible to deduce well what the ordinary inhabitants of these cities think, how they judge the development carried out in the last two decades, how they perceive (in positive or negative way) the changes in both cities, either from the point of view of construction or economy or general atmosphere of the city. Then, based on the analysis and research, I propose solutions, eventually alternatives to already approved changes. In a part of the thesis I also deal with projects that are currently under way in Aš or Selb, I evaluate them and propose the best solution for both residents and the city and private entities - investors.en
