| dc.description.abstract | Práce ?Liberalismus ? rétorika a skutečnost? se věnuje transformačnímu procesu české ekonomiky. Hlavním tématem je privatizace státního majetku po roce 1989 u nás se zvláštním zaměřením na privatizaci strojírenských podniků. Cílem práce je konfrontace privatizačních postupů s liberálním učením rakouské ekonomické školy. V první části práce je zaměřena na obecný popis transformačních procesů. Větší část kapitoly je věnována jednotlivým metodám privatizace majetku. Ve druhé části jsou vysvětleny zásady liberálního učení v pojetí rakouské ekonomické školy. Důraz je kladen na zásady, které definoval L. von Mises. Třetí část práce popisuje proces privatizace a zaměřuje se na metody, které byly použity při privatizaci největších průmyslových podniků ČR. Ve čtvrté části se autor věnuje některým způsobům vládní podpory průmyslu a porovnává je s principy rakouské ekonomické školy. I když byla rétorika hlavních představitelů postavena na liberálních zásadách, dochází práce k závěru, že se výsledná cesta od těchto zásad odklonila. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This work "Liberalism-rhetoric and reality" is focused on the transformation process of the Czech economy. The main topic is the privatization of the state property after 1989 with a special attention paid to privatization of engineering enterprises. The goal of this work is confrontation of privatization processes with the liberal teaching of the Austrian School of Economics. The first part of the work deals with the general description of transformation processes. Major part of the chapter is dedicated to particular property privatization methods. In the second part the principles of teaching in concept with the Austrian school of Economics are explained with the emphasis on principles defined by L. von Mises. The third part describes the actual process of privatization and methods used in privatization of the biggest industrial enterprises in the Czech Republic.In the fourth section the author pays attention to certain ways of support for the industry by the government and again compares them to the principles of the Austrian School of Economics. And though the rhetoric of the main representatives was based on liberal principles , this work comes to a conclusion that the final way is in a diversion of these principles. | en |
