dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce "Analýza možností financování koupě rodinného domu" se zabývá možnostmi financování vlastního bydlení. Popisuje a porovnává nájemní bydlení v rodinném domě a jeho koupi. Práce by měla představit vybrané základní pojmy finanční matematiky, které s problematikou souvisí. Na jejich základě posoudí jednotlivé varianty a vybere pro klienta "výhodnější" možnost. Uvede bankovní produkty poskytované v současné době pro koupi nemovitosti, hypoteční úvěr a stavební spoření. Následně budou posouzeny oba způsoby financování a jejich kombinace. K bakalářské práci náleží výpočty provedené v programu MS Excel 2010.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis "Analysis of buying options for a family house" deals with possibilities of financing your own housing. It describes and compares rental housing of a family house and buying it. The thesis should introduce the terms of financial mathematics. Based on them, it will assess which option is "preferable" for the investor. This bachelor thesis will mention products provided by the bank to purchase real estate, mortgage loans and building saving. Both financing methods and their combinations will be assessed. The thesis includes the calculations, which are made in MS Excel 2010.en
