dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá analýzou tenisového klubu Lokomotiva Plzeň. Zaměřuje se na stanovení oblastí sběru dat, následnou analýzu a evaluaci. Byla charakterizována teoretická východiska práce a praktická část se poté věnovala získávání informací o TK Lokomotiva Plzeň, marketingovému mixu a způsobu financování. Vyhodnocení se uskutečňovalo prostřednictvím SWOT analýzy a Porterova modelu. V závěru práce byly předloženy návrhy pro zlepšení, které může tenisový klub využít v budoucích aktivitách.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis deals with the analysis of the Lokomotiva Plzeň tennis club. It focuses on the determination of data collection areas, subsequent analysis and evaluation. The theoretical background of the thesis was characterized and the practical part was then devoted to obtaining information about TK Lokomotiva Plzeň, the marketing mix and the method of financing. The evaluation was carried out through SWOT analysis and Porter's model. At the end of the thesis, suggestions for improvement were made, which the tennis club can use in future activities.en
