| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá hodnocením finanční pozice a výkonnosti účetní jednotky XYZ, a. s., která působí v oblasti správy a pronájmu nemovitostí. Cílem práce je posoudit ekonomickou situaci podniku v období let 2020 až 2023 na základě údajů z účetních výkazů. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část poskytuje obecný rámec pro hodnocení ekonomického stavu podniku. Je v ní popsán účel a význam hodnocení finanční pozice, charakterizovány hlavní informační zdroje a představeny metody a ukazatele, které se v této oblasti běžně uplatňují. Pozornost je věnována horizontální a vertikální analýze, rozdílovým a poměrovým ukazatelům i souhrnným modelům. V praktické části jsou tyto nástroje aplikovány na konkrétní účetní jednotku. Výsledky ukazatelů jsou následně porovnány s průměrnými hodnotami podniků v segmentu NACE 6820 v rámci České republiky. Závěr práce poukazuje na celkově stabilní hospodaření společnosti, přičemž byly identifikovány i dílčí oblasti s potenciálem ke zlepšení. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the financial position and performance of the accounting unit XYZ, a. s., which operates in the field of property management and rental. The aim of the thesis is to assess the economic situation of the company in the period from 2020 to 2023 on the basis of data from financial statements. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part provides a general framework for assessing the economic situation of the enterprise. It describes the purpose and significance of the financial position assessment, characterizes the main sources of information and introduces methods and indicators commonly used in this area. Attention is given to horizontal and vertical analysis, difference and ratio ratios, and summary models. In the practical part, these tools are applied to a specific accounting unit. The results of the indicators are then compared with the average values of enterprises in the NACE 6820 segment within the Czech Republic. The paper concludes by pointing to the overall stable performance of the company, while partial areas with potential for improvement were also identified. | en |
