dc.description.abstractPředložená práce je zaměřena na nekalé praktiky v obchodě a službách. Po definování základních pojmů týkající se nekalé soutěže a nekalých obchodních praktik jsou definovány další pojmy související s tématem. Diplomová práce představuje právní úpravu nekalých obchodních praktik v České republice a Evropské unii a dále jsou také představeny konkrétní příklady nekalých obchodních praktik. Dále práce představuje srovnání české a německé právní úpravy nekalé soutěže a provádí výzkum týkající se povědomí spotřebitelů o nekalých obchodních praktikách. Závěr práce je věnován výsledkům získaných na základě tohoto výzkumu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis is focused on unfair practices in trade and services. At first there are definitions of unfair competition and unfair trade practices followed by the definitions of other important terms related to this topic. This thesis presents the legal regulation of unfair trade practices in the Czech Republic and the European Union and there are presented particular examples of unfair trade practices. The thesis represents a comparison of Czech and German legal regulation of unfair competition and carries out the research of consumer´s awareness of the unfair trade practices. In conclusion author presents the outcomes based on the research.en
