| dc.description.abstract | Tato práce se zabývala tématem adaptace a vzdělávání dítěte s odlišným mateřským jazykem v prostředí mateřské školy, a to z pohledu pedagoga. Hlavním cílem této práce bylo zjistit, jak hodnotí vlastní připravenost samotní pedagogové, zda se cítí být dostatečně připraveni v rámci pregraduálního studia, kde případně hledají další zdroje vzdělávání a jaké kompetence jsou podle nich klíčové pro práci s dítětem s OMJ. | cs |
